practice. For a set fee, you
can be provided acquisition
documents and
agreements for new
partners. Transition
services include providing
precise purchase
agreements along with
detailed operating
agreement to manage
the new entity. Service
includes all revisions and
client conferences required
in developing the new
entity as well as all filing
fees and expenses. EMAIL MY OFFICE AND
RECEIVE A DETAILED
QUESTIONAIRE. The completed
questionnaire will be
reviewed and you will
receive a detailed
description of proposed
services along with the
total fixed fee. For the
year following formation,
all email and telephone
conferences concerning
your practice or business
are included in the fixed
fee. For fixed fee clients
there is no charge for the
initial consultation on any
future legal matter.

E-Lease Review ®

E-LEASE REVIEW ® OFFICE & RETAIL

There is a $950 fixed fee for review of commercial real estate transactions. The Elease review is a review of the proposed lease and exhibits. Specific comments will be made on the entire lease and documentation. From those comments the executive summary of critical negotiating points will be developed. This service is usually provided within three days of being engaged for the service. The fixed fee includes review of the documents, comment on the documents, preparation of the executive summary, consultation with client on the summary, review of revisions to the lease. If assistance in negotiation or consultation with other parties is required there will be an additional hourly charge.
