securing the professional
charter in the jurisdiction of
practice. For a set fee, you
can be provided acquisition
documents and
agreements for new
partners. Transition
services include providing
precise purchase
agreements along with
detailed operating
agreement to manage
the new entity. Service
includes all revisions and
client conferences required
in developing the new
entity as well as all filing
fees and expenses. EMAIL MY OFFICE AND
RECEIVE A DETAILED
QUESTIONAIRE. The completed
questionnaire will be
reviewed and you will
receive a detailed
description of proposed
services along with the
total fixed fee. For the
year following formation,
all email and telephone
conferences concerning
your practice or business
are included in the fixed
fee. For fixed fee clients
there is no charge for the
initial consultation on any
future legal matter.

Employment Agreements, Consultant Agreements & Nondiscolsure Project Development Agreements $950

Professional service agreements for associates as well as key employees and independent contractors. No two agreements are the same. Each state has specific laws and court opinions which set out key requirements for well drafted agreements. It is important to have a clear scope of engagement in the agreement and protection from unfair competition following the end of the agreement. The $950 fixed fee service includes drafting the original agreement to meet the client need and any revisions necessary during the review process. Participation in negotiation is subject to an additional hourly fee.
